Contact us
Email support@rukkab.app. It reaches the team directly, in Arabic or in English, whichever you are more comfortable writing in.
There is no phone queue and no ticket number to keep. You write, a person reads it, and you get a reply on the same thread.
What to include so we can help on the first reply
You do not have to fill in a form. But if you tell us these up front, we can usually answer without a second round of questions:
- the mobile number you registered with;
- your university and the campus you travel to;
- if it is about a specific trip, the date and direction — to campus, or home;
- if something went wrong on the road, the vehicle plate if you have it.
If you are writing about a payment, the amount and the date are enough. Do not send card numbers. We will never ask you for a full card number, a CVV, or your password — by email or by any other channel.
What we can help with
| Your seat request | Where it has reached, why it is still waiting, changing the address or the schedule on it |
| Your trips | A driver who did not arrive, a pickup point that is wrong, changing your days |
| Payments | An amount you do not recognise, an invoice, a receipt |
| Refunds and cancellation | See the Refund Policy first — it says plainly what is refunded, what becomes credit, and what is not |
| Your account | Signing in, changing your password, closing your account |
| Your data | Access, correction, or deletion — the Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to use them |
Safety, and what this page is not
In an emergency, call 911. That is the unified emergency number in Saudi Arabia and it reaches police, ambulance and civil defence. Rukkab is not an emergency service and this support address is not monitored as one.
The rider and driver apps both carry an SOS control that alerts Rukkab and, in the same action, offers to dial 911. Use the app's SOS or dial 911 directly — do not email us about something happening right now. Email is for everything that is not urgent.
If something unsafe has already happened and it is no longer an emergency, write to us. Tell us what happened, when, and on which trip. Reports about driver conduct are read by a person, not sorted by a rule.
